The scope of works consists of the electrical refurbishment of The Fort Riding Centre in Maghera on
behalf of the Education Authority with named main contractor Greystone Joinery & Construction
including all disconnections, removals and disposal of existing installations and temporary storage.
We completed the new installation in line with program to include temporary works, cable
containment, distribution boards, supply and installation of LED energy efficient general and
emergency lighting both internal & external, modifications and reconnection of existing circuits and
equipment re-installation, new protection facilities to include CCTV and Fire Alarm. Works also
included a new installed Lightning protection & earthing system.
All works carried out by H.M.Electrics Ltd will have been tested and commissioned with
demonstrations prior to handover to the client without any delays.
