H.M. Electrics Limited was employed by a private contractor to complete full electrical fit out to a new block of hi-spec apartments located in a prominent location within Portstewart.   Working in tandem with both the client and consultant to provide the necessary quality electrical services completing this project to achieve the high standard demands of today’s clients giving a turnkey finish.

The associated works with this construction included full liaison with NIE Supply, the installation of all electrical switchgear and distribution of general power.  Hi spec External, Internal and Emergency Lighting.  Protective services included Intruder Alarm, Door Access Controls and Fire Alarm System.  Full data services installation.  Testing and commissioning on all works.  All works was completed on time and within budget, leading to a successful handover with the client.
