A new build property development within a central location within Magherafelt within walking distance of local amenities. HM Electrics worked closely with the client and consultants to complete this project to a high specification, turnkey finish.

This installation consisted of a full liaison with NIE supply power to the property including metering to separate apartments. We supplied and installed all electrical switchgear and distribution equipment fitting out each apartment with top of the line electrical products. These luxury apartments come complete with and up-to-date lighting, secure door access, and TV system. Externally finished with feature lighting.
